Methodology

Calculation method

Adds leave duration to start date, adjusting for weekends and holidays. For working days, only counts weekdays (and optionally excludes holidays). Returns the first working day after leave ends.

Formula: Return Date = Start Date + Duration (adjusted for non-working days)
